BIRTHDAY

PARTIES

We make sure that kids and parents love our birthday parties!  We only host one party at a time so you don't have to worry about competing for space.  All of our parties include loads of open play time and endless energy! Our facilities and staff are bright, cheerful and friendly. Please note that children over 7 years of age are not allowed to play on our equipment.

Every party includes plenty of music, movement and fun!  A party at Kidsville is a "no-stress" birthday party for parents because we assist you with everything, from set up to clean up.  Kids have a blast and parents enjoy watching them!  We are one of the only indoor playgyms that allows outside food (no peanut products, please).  

Platinum Party

Cost:  Non-Members:  $450, Members: $350

  • Entertainment, setup and cleanup

  • Private use of the facility for 2 hours: 75 minutes of Open Play and/or party add-ons, and 45 minutes of celebration in our specially painted birthday party room

  • Themed tablecloths, plates, forks and napkins for children's tables (Please provide desired items for your adult guests.)

  • 30 minute Roller Coaster Experience

  • 2 large cheese pizzas and 16 juice boxes

  • 16 Child Admissions

  • Extra Children - $10/child

Gold Party

Cost:  Non-Members:  $350, Members: $280

  • Entertainment, setup and cleanup

  • Private use of the facility for 2 hours: 75 minutes of Open Play and/or party add-ons, and 45 minutes of celebration in our specially painted birthday party room

  • Solid Color tablecloths, plates, forks and napkins for children's tables (Please provide desired items for your adult guests.)

  • 12 Child Admissions

  • Extra Children - $10/child

Silver Party

Cost:  $200

Includes 2 hours of exclusive use of our Birthday Party Room!  This Do-It-Yourself birthday party package is great for planning parties on a budget! We will not close our facility for Open Play.  Includes admission of 10 children (Non-Walkers and children over 7 are free). $10 extra per child above 10.  $100 non-refundable deposit required to book.

Add-ons / Extras

In order to customize your party, we allow you to add the following a la carte style:

 

  • 30 Minute Kidsville Roller Coaster Experience- $50 (Roller Coast Experience is only available during Gold or Platinum Parties) 

  • Themed Decorations (tablecloths, plates, napkins) - $45

  • Large Cheese Pizza - $20 and $2 extra per topping

  • Juice Boxes - $1.50 each

  • Additional Hour of Party Time - $125 (Availability varies)

Policies

All guests will be required to have a valid waiver on file. To expedite the admission process, please ask your guests to complete the waiver in advance. Click here to complete the waiver.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel your party, the deposit will be issued as a Kidsville credit for cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.  

The remaining party balance is due at the conclusion of the party. Gratuity for party hosts is always appreciated but never required.

 

Parents shall provide:

  • The kids

  • The cake (no ice cream or ice cream cake)

  • All tableware for adults

  • All food (no peanut products) and drinks for adults

  • Goodie bags or other party favors

  • Balloons and additional decor
